Dress Yourself Service

You collect the items, dress your own venue and return the items on the agreed date. Comes with all the components needed so that you can set the decorations up yourself and will include instructions if required.

We recommend that you acquire suitable transport/vehicles for any larger items/high quantities and we do not accept couriers or responsibility for damage or injury that may occur on collection. We recommend that delivery be requested if you are unable to source suitable transport.

​

If you have not requested help with set up, any goods hired must be returned in their original packaging and packaged in accordance with any guidelines supplied. Failure to do so may result in breakages and therefore charges against your deposit.

Delivery Service

We will deliver the items to your venue, you dress your venue and we will then collect the items from the venue. Delivery charges will be calculated on a client by client basis depending upon location, collection/delivery times and size/weight of goods.

There is no minimum order within a 10 mile radius of Westbere, Canterbury, CT2 0HE. As delivery charges are high, we will add delivery charges to anything over a 10 mile radius.

​

All items must be gathered, repacked and stored together ready for collection. Any flowers or additional decorations must be removed.

​

Goods not available for collection on the agreed date and time will incur an additional collection fee plus 25% of the hire price per item per day.

Full Service

We deliver the items, dress your venue and remove all hired items at an agreed time and date.

​

Any flowers or additional decorations must be removed or instructions on how to deal with these provided.

​

Let us take the stress away by providing a full service where you can sit back, relax and leave all the work to us.

​

Delivery charges will apply but are reduced for package deals agreed with us.

Hire Contract

​

All decoration hire items will require a £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking to secure the date. If the required date is within 4 weeks of your event, full payment is required. 

​

We accept stage payments and full balance payments. This will be discussed depending upon the final amount and length of payment time.

​

The balance of the complete cost of the hire (inclusive of the delivery and collection charges) is due for payment 4 weeks prior to the event.

​

If the balance payment is not received, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your hire. No delivery will be made without receipt of the balance.

 

If you are unable to continue with the event and reschedule for another date, if we have availability, we will transfer your booking to that date. If there is no availability, we reserve the right to keep the deposit monies paid.

 

If the final balance is paid in full 4 weeks prior to the event and the event is then cancelled, we will refund 50% of the final amount less the initial deposit.

​

If any items are lost or damaged during your event, then a charge to replace the item will be made to replace the damaged item. An invoice will be sent after the event and payment is to be made within 14 days. Failure to settle any invoice may result in court action to recover these costs and court fees.

 

Contact details of the Event Co-ordinator at the venue will be required and delivery/collection times will be made directly with them.

If hiring linens such as tablecloths or chair covers and sashes, we kindly ask if you could avoid leaving in damp conditions and ensure they are kept in dry conditions during the hire period.

​

If using candles on tables that tablecloths are protected from wax spills.

​

Table linen returned with mould, wax, marker pen, crayon, burn holes, will be charged for at full replacement cost and an invoice will be sent after the event with payment to be made within 14 days.

 

When installing hired items including pipe and drape backdrops, we will ensure that, at the commencement of the hire, the equipment shall be of sound construction and in working order. You accept full responsibility for loss or damage to or destruction of the equipment suffered during the period of hire from whatever cause and are fully responsible to us for the safe keeping of the equipment and its return in equal order at the end of the hire.

 

For items which are damaged during your event, you accept all liability and responsibility in respect of and shall fully and completely cover us against all third-party claims and losses however arising in respect of damage to or loss or destruction of any property or in respect of the personal injury or death of anybody in any way caused by or relating to the equipment or its use.

 

By paying the £50 non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to the terms set out above.
