Dress Yourself Service
You collect the items, dress your own venue and return the items on the agreed date. Comes with all the components needed so that you can set the decorations up yourself and will include instructions if required.
We recommend that you acquire suitable transport/vehicles for any larger items/high quantities and we do not accept couriers or responsibility for damage or injury that may occur on collection. We recommend that delivery be requested if you are unable to source suitable transport.
If you have not requested help with set up, any goods hired must be returned in their original packaging and packaged in accordance with any guidelines supplied. Failure to do so may result in breakages and therefore charges against your deposit.
We will deliver the items to your venue, you dress your venue and we will then collect the items from the venue. Delivery charges will be calculated on a client by client basis depending upon location, collection/delivery times and size/weight of goods.
There is no minimum order within a 10 mile radius of Westbere, Canterbury, CT2 0HE. As delivery charges would be too high, we will not be able to deliver or collect orders under £50 and over a 25 mile radius.
All items must be gathered, repacked and stored together ready for collection. Any flowers or additional decorations must be removed.
Goods not available for collection on the agreed date and time will incur an additional collection fee plus 25% of the hire price per item per day.

All goods hired will require a £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking to secure the order. If the required date is within 4 weeks of your event, full payment is required.
We accept stage payments and full balance payments. This will be discussed depending upon the final amount and length of payment time.
The balance of the complete cost of the hire (inclusive of the delivery and collection charges) is due for payment 4 weeks prior to the event.
If the balance payment is not received, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your hire. No delivery will be made without receipt of the balance.
If you are unable to continue with the event and reschedule for another date, if we have availability, we will transfer your booking to that date. If there is no availability, we reserve the right to keep the deposit monies paid.
If any items are lost or damaged during your event, then a charge to replace the item will be made to replace the damaged item.
Contact details of the Event Co-ordinator at the venue will be required and delivery/collection times will be made directly with them.
By paying the £50 non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to the terms set out above.
